Install and activate PDF-XChange on Windows
Choose a Windows installer and build covered by your license, then apply and activate the key.
1. Download your edition
Choose Editor, Editor Plus, PRO, PDF-Tools, or Printer Standard. Check your Windows system type. If maintenance has expired, select a build covered by your license. Official installer archive ↗
2. Install the application
Extract the package first if it is a ZIP archive. Run the installer, follow its prompts, and open the application.
3. Apply and activate the key
If you received a reseller activation code, redeem it with the email registered to that code to obtain the serial key. In Editor, open Preferences → Registration to add the key, then select Activate if it is inactive. Other PDF-XChange applications can use different menus. Publisher activation instructions ↗
4. Check registration
Check the key status. If activation fails, confirm the edition and build match your license. Share the build and error text with support and keep your full key private.
