Each unit licenses one person. PDF-XChange permits a desktop and a secondary device for the same primary user. Foxit PDF Editor 14 covers one computer or virtual machine per licensed user.
Updates
PDF-XChange maintenance controls access to newer releases. When maintenance ends, you can continue using an eligible version. Foxit PDF Editor 14 covers version 14. Future major upgrades are not included in that license by default.
